The Seniority Entitlements feature allows you to automate the calculation of leave entitlements based on your employees' seniority.    By tracking their length of service, the system will automatically update their leave balance, making sure that employees with more years at the company receive appropriate leave benefits. You won’t have to worry about manual tracking or errors when it comes to leave entitlements.
