Each workweek stands alone; you can't average two or more weeks. **Holidays that fall on a weekend.** Federal offices observe Saturday holidays on Friday and Sunday holidays on Monday. **Unused vacation when someone leaves.** Idaho has no state statute on paying out accrued vacation at termination. The employer owes it only if its policy or employment contract stipulates it. Federal FMLA allows eligible employees up to 12 weeks of unpaid leave.
