# Admin Training 1: Set Up Vacation Tracker With Email Only

Sign up with your work email. Your team signs in with email and password, and everything happens in the Vacation Tracker dashboard.

## Sign Up

- Go to app.vacationtracker.io/signup, enter your work email under Email and click Sign up with email.

- Create your profile with your email and a password, fill in your company details and click Continue.

- Invite your colleagues by entering their email addresses.

- Pick your plan, Core or Complete.

Invitations expire

Invitations are valid for 7 days. If someone missed theirs, send it again from the Invitations tab.

## How Your Team Uses It

- Signing in: everyone signs in to the dashboard with their email and password.

- Requests and approvals: happen in the dashboard. Approvers also get each request by email.

- Notifications: leave summaries and birthday messages are sent by email.

## Check It Worked

You land in the dashboard and see the left-hand menu for an Administrator.

## Common Questions

Can I invite people with any email domain?Yes. With Email Only, you can invite anyone by email, on any domain.
