# Can I See My Team's Energy Score?

Vacation Tracker has a separate Team Energy page that surfaces team-wide patterns: how the group is trending across the Energy Levels, who has time off coming up, and which Users have unused PTO that might be at risk. Whether you can open it depends on your role and on your Admin's settings.

## Who Can Open Team Energy

Access to the Team Energy page is controlled by your Admin in Workspace Settings > Features & Permissions, under the setting Who can see the Team Energy page. The Admin can pick:

- Everyone: any User can open it.

- Administrators & Approvers: limited to people in those roles.

- Administrators only: most restrictive.

## What the Page Focuses On

- Group patterns, not individuals: the page highlights team-level trends so people leading teams can plan around rest, not so they can grade anyone.

- Time off coming up: who is away soon and where coverage might be tight.

- PTO that's about to expire: nudges to remind people to take leave before brought-forward days are lost.

## Common Questions

I'm a User. Can I see my coworkers' scores?

Only if your Admin has set Who can see the Team Energy page to Everyone. In most workspaces the page is limited to Admins and Approvers.

I'm an Admin and I don't see the Team Energy page.

Check Workspace Settings > Features & Permissions. If the setting is set to Administrators only, you'll see the page. If it's been turned off entirely for a role, set it back to the access level you want.

Does Team Energy include the Recharge Type results?

No. Recharge Type sits on each User's own page. The Team Energy page focuses on time-off patterns at the team level.
