# I Don't Think My Energy Score Is Correct. How Can I Share Feedback?

If the Energy Score on your page doesn't match where you'd put yourself, you can correct it and share a note with the Vacation Tracker team. The Adjust Your Energy panel lets you set a more accurate level and write a short message about what's going on. The team uses this feedback to keep refining the algorithm.

## Steps to Share Feedback

- Open My Energy level from the profile menu in the bottom-left of the dashboard.

- Under your battery visual, click Adjust Your Energy.

- On the slider, move the marker to the level you'd actually pick yourself. The label updates as you slide.

- Add a short note in the Your feedback field if you'd like to add context. This is optional.

- If it's OK for the team to reach out about your feedback, tick I'm open to being contacted about my feedback to help improve the energy scoring algorithm.

- Click Submit Feedback.

## What Happens After You Submit

- Your dashboard refreshes: your new level shows up right away on the page.

- The team gets your note: written feedback (and your level adjustment) help the algorithm get better over time.

- You stay in control: nothing is shared with your manager or coworkers, and you can adjust again whenever you'd like.

No pressure to leave a note

The text field is optional. A simple slider adjustment is enough; the note just gives the team extra context if you'd like to add it.

## Common Questions

Will my manager see what I wrote?

No. The Adjust Your Energy feedback goes to the Vacation Tracker product team for algorithm improvements. Your direct manager doesn't see the level you picked or the note you wrote.

Can I undo the adjustment?

Yes. Open the panel again, slide back to where you'd like, and submit again. The latest submission is the one that shows on your page.

Is the feedback opt-in checkbox required?

No. You can submit feedback without ticking it. Ticking it just lets the team follow up with you if your note would be useful in a more detailed conversation.
