The Energy Dashboard (called My Energy level inside the product) is your personal page for everything Recharge-related: your current Energy Score, the Weekly Energy Trend, the Score breakdown, suggested time-off dates, and your Recharge Type once you've taken the quiz. You don't have to open that page for a quick read, though. A battery ring around your avatar shows your current Energy Level on every page of the dashboard. ## How to Open It - Sign in at app.vacationtracker.io (https://app.vacationtracker.io/signin). - In the bottom-left of the sidebar, hover over your name and avatar. - Click My Energy level. Profile menu opened from the bottom-left, with My Energy level highlighted ## The Quick-Glance Battery Ring On any page in the dashboard, the avatar in the bottom-left has a small colored ring around it. That's your current Energy Level. You don't need to open a page to read it. The color follows the same five bands as your full score. - Green: Peak Energy - Light green: Energized - Yellow: Functional - Orange: Struggling - Red: Drained ![Bottom-left profile area with the avatar and the battery ring around the photo](https://cms.vacationtracker.io/uploads/Screenshot_2026_09_02_at_22_56_38_9f812eb696.png) ## What You'll See on the Full Page - A short greeting and message: the headline at the top matches your current Energy Level and gives you a one-line read on how the system thinks you're doing. - Your current Energy level: the named band (Peak Energy, Energized, Functional, Struggling, or Drained) with a battery-character visual. - Weekly Energy Trend: a line chart of your score over the past weeks, compared with your department average. - Adjust Your Energy: a button that opens a feedback panel where you can correct the score and share what's going on. - Score breakdown: the five factors that feed your score, each with a small progress bar. - Your Next Best Moves: AI-powered suggestions for time-off dates that fit your patterns and your policies. - Your Recharge Type: once you finish the quiz, your type and tips show up here too. Personal to you Each User sees their own Energy Dashboard and battery ring. Coworkers can't open it for you, and you don't see theirs. If you don't see the ring or the My Energy level option at all, your Admin may have the feature restricted in Workspace Settings > Features & Permissions. Ask them to set "Who can see their own Energy Level" to Everyone. ## Common Questions Is this the same as the Team Energy page? No. The Energy Dashboard shows your own data. The Team Energy page is a separate view that an Admin or Approver can open to see team-wide patterns when their role has access. Can I see my Energy Score in Slack, Microsoft Teams, or on mobile? Not in Slack or Microsoft Teams today. Bot messages there continue to handle leave requests, approvals, and notifications. On mobile, if you're signed in to the dashboard in a mobile browser, the page and the avatar ring work the same as on desktop; the dedicated mobile apps focus on requesting and approving leave. The ring color doesn't match the page. What now? If the ring and the My Energy level page show different levels, refresh the page. The score updates as new data comes in, and the ring and page sync from the same source. ### What's Next? What Is the Energy Score and How Is It Calculated?
