The exact number of vacation days is determined by the individual employment contract or other collective agreements. All employees, regardless of their job, are entitled to vacation leave. Non-working public holidays are not included in this vacation entitlement. The following categories of employees can benefit from 4 additional vacation days: - Workers performing in harmful conditions; - Workers with severe visual disabilities; - Parents who have two or more children under the age of 14; - Parents with a child with disabilities; - Minors (workers less than 18 years old).
