2. Customize your settings
Up next, users can create multiple Locations and Departments as per their needs. You can also set up customizable leave policies for each, set daily/weekly notifications, rollover days, and also integrate our tool with your favorite external calendar.
3. Request A Leave
Once everything’s set, Vacation Tracker users can submit a leave request through the Dashboard, Microsoft Teams bot, or tabs in just a few clicks. All you have to do next is wait and you’ll get notified instantly when your leave is approved.
4. Notify your team
Set up daily/weekly notifications to keep everyone up-to-date on upcoming leaves within your department or organization. These notifications will appear on a channel pre-selected by you and at a time you deem fit.
