A user's leave quotas or rollover were changed
Sent when a user's leave quotas or rollover settings are set or removed. `data` is the user, not the quotas; read `GET /v2/users/{id}/quotas` for the new values. The owner needs `users:read`.
Header Parameters
t=<unix seconds>,v1=<hex HMAC-SHA256 of "<t>.<raw body>">. For 24 hours after a secret rotation it carries a second v1 entry signed with the previous secret. See Signature verification at the top of this document.
