Resume a webhook

This API method resumes a paused webhook (`status: active`), whatever the reason it was paused, and returns it with `200`. Requires `webhooks:write`. No request body. Only events that happen after this call are sent. The `Idempotency-Key` and `X-On-Behalf-Of` headers are ignored. Errors: `403 FORBIDDEN` (the key owner no longer exists), `404 WEBHOOK_NOT_FOUND`, and `409 WEBHOOK_REVOKED` (the webhook is revoked).

Pause a webhook

This API method pauses a webhook (`status: paused`, `pausedReason: manual`) and returns it with `200`. Requires `webhooks:write`. No request body. Events that happen while it is paused are not sent later, and pending retries are skipped; test deliveries are still sent. The `Idempotency-Key` and `X-On-Behalf-Of` headers are ignored. Errors: `403 FORBIDDEN` (the key owner no longer exists), `404 WEBHOOK_NOT_FOUND`, and `409 WEBHOOK_REVOKED` (the webhook is revoked).

A user requested a leave that needs approval

Sent when a user requests a leave that needs approval; the leave in `data` is `OPEN`. The owner needs `leaves:read`.
