Your Energy Score is built from data Vacation Tracker already has about your time off. Five factors are combined to produce the 0-100 number you see on the My Energy level page. Each factor has its own small progress bar in the Score breakdown section, so you can see what's pulling your score up and what's pulling it down.

If a Factor Looks Off
Hover over the info icon next to each factor on the page to see the short tooltip that explains it. If the overall score still doesn't match where you'd put yourself, use Adjust Your Energy to share feedback, and the team uses that input to keep tuning the algorithm.
