What Is the Energy Score?
Your Energy Score is a personal number from 0 to 100 that turns your time-off patterns into a quick read on how rested you are. The higher the number, the more recharged you look on paper. It's there to help you spot when it's time to plan a break.
What the Score Tells You
The Energy Score takes the data Vacation Tracker already has about your leaves and turns it into a single number. It looks at things like how recently you took time off, how much PTO is sitting in your balance, and how your work-life balance lines up with your usual rhythm.

Common Questions
They're two sides of the same thing. The Energy Score is the 0-100 number. The Energy Level is the named band it falls into (Peak Energy, Energized, Functional, Struggling, or Drained). You see both on the My Energy level page.
No. As long as your account has some leave history, the score appears on its own when you open the My Energy level page. It improves the more time off and patterns it has to work with.
The page itself can be hidden by an Admin under Workspace Settings > Features & Permissions. If you don't want to see your score, ask your Admin to switch "Who can see their own Energy Level" to a smaller group.
