How Do I Access My Customer Portal (Billing Information)?
Need to pull up an old invoice, check an upcoming charge, or download a receipt? The Customer Portal — hosted by our third-party billing provider — is where that history lives. Here's how to reach it.
How to Open the Customer Portal
- Sign in at app.vacationtracker.io as an Administrator.
- In the left-hand menu, expand Workspace Settings and click Billing.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page to the Invoices section. You'll see the line "You can manage payment methods and invoices on our customer portal" followed by a Click here to visit the customer portal link (this link appears once your billing info has been entered and your account is actively subscribed).
- Click the link. A new secured page opens where you can review and download your billing details.
What You Can Do in the Customer Portal
Common Questions
Only Administrators on the Vacation Tracker workspace. The Billing page (where the Customer Portal link lives) isn't visible to regular users or Approvers.
The link appears only after you've entered your billing information and your account is on an active paid subscription. If you're on a trial, free plan, or haven't yet completed billing setup, the link isn't shown. Also, if you're on Microsoft Transactables billing, billing lives in your Microsoft account rather than this portal — see MS Teams: Billing with Vacation Tracker vs. Microsoft Transactables.
Yes. The portal is hosted by our third-party billing provider, which handles the encryption and security of the page. The link from Vacation Tracker passes through authenticated credentials so only an Admin on your workspace can reach it.
