Switching between plans

  • Change plan in Workspace Settings > Billing
  • Both plans are available monthly or annual (annual is roughly 10% cheaper)
  • New workspaces get a 14-day free trial with full Complete-plan access
  • Downgrading keeps all your data; the Complete-only features simply become read-only or hidden

Common Questions

No. Users, leave types, balances, history, and reports stay exactly as they are. Only the feature set available changes. Downgrading from Complete to Core just hides the Complete-only features.

No. The plan is set at the workspace level and applies to everyone. If part of your team needs Complete-only features, the whole workspace moves to Complete.

Core includes one Automation: Leave Request Notice Period. Complete includes all 7: Leave Request Notice Period, Probation Period, Blackout Period, Entitlement by Role, Seniority Entitlement, Maximum Users Away, and Leave Duration Limit.
