With the ability to customize leave quotas, administrators can easily align them with company policies and the unique needs of each team member.

Assign Roles

Each role carries its own responsibilities, fostering a collaborative and efficient environment for all team members. Whether you’re an administrator with full control, an approver with decision-making authority, or a user managing your own leave, Vacation Tracker caters to your needs.

As an Administrator, you hold the reins of Vacation Tracker, giving you complete control over the system. You have the authority to adjust settings, fine-tune configurations, manage notifications, and export comprehensive reports. With this level of control, you can customize the platform to align with your organization’s unique requirements and ensure smooth operations.

In the Approver role, you play a crucial part in the leave management process. You have the ability to review and take action on leave requests submitted by team members within your department. This streamlined workflow ensures that approvals are handled efficiently, allowing for effective resource planning and minimizing scheduling conflicts.

As a User, you have access to a range of features that simplify your leave experience. You can easily request time off, view your leave information, and stay informed about upcoming absences and holidays.

Simplified, Automated Reporting

With Vacation Tracker, scheduling and automating reports is a breeze. Set up regular intervals and receive reports directly in your preferred format — CSV or Excel files.

This automation saves you valuable time, ensuring that you stay up-to-date with the latest leave insights without any extra effort.

Set negative balance settings according to your preferences, allowing for flexibility or enforcing strict leave balances. You can also control the visibility of each leave type, choosing to display them for all team members or only for specific groups.
