If you have a small team of 5 or 6 people, it’s easy to keep track of when someone is out of the office. However, what happens when your team grows to 20 people? Things start to get complicated.

There’s nothing worse than coming to work one day only to find out that a team member you were counting on is out of the office. What do you do in those situations? If you can’t find the time to do everything all by yourself, the task you were supposed to finish is in trouble, and so is the entire team.

In order to avoid these situations, we’ve created Vacation Tracker. Vacation Tracker is a simple tool to keep track of when your team members are on vacation or away from the office. Simple as that.

A simple leave management tool

We’ve tried other similar solutions, however, most of them are either too pricey or too complicated to use. If you want a simple leave management tool, you do not need another million features to worry about. That’s why we love Vacation Tracker. We created it for our team and realized that many could benefit from it. So why not share it?

We believe that if you’re going to work on something, you should focus solely on it, and do it right. Combining way too many features which are entirely unnecessary into one single tool, seems pointless, and it defeats its purpose.

There are no surprises with Vacation Tracker

Vacation Tracker sends out daily notifications letting you know who will be away from the office during the week and on that particular day.

You will never come in a situation where you’re caught off guard because the person you were counting on is away from the office. With Vacation Tracker you will know who’s not in the office each day. And you will successfully finish all your tasks on time.

Multiple Offices? We’ve got you covered.

Many companies all around the world have multiple offices in different cities and even countries. As each country has different holidays, it’s only natural you need to know about them on time. However, it’s unrealistic to come to work every morning and check the calendar each day so you’re sure everyone will be in the office.

With Vacation Tracker, that’s another thing to worry about. Managers can manually add each holiday for different locations, and we’ll be sure to let you know on time when each team will be away from the office.

It’s never been easier

We live in a digital era where everything moves fast. Your clients want you to focus on the project, and deliver results. And the last thing you need is to think about all those complicated settings on yet another tool.

In Vacation Tracker, you can set up your organization in minutes, as we’ll grab all your teams’ information from Slack. And you’ll never have to worry about adding or removing team members again. Each time you make a change to your team in Slack, Vacation Tracker will be automatically updated as well.

Everything you need to do when it comes to vacation requests is done directly in Slack. We’re all tired of using way too many different tools to manage our businesses. That’s why with Vacation Tracker you do not need to have another tool and with it, yet another login. You can book and manage all time off requests directly in your favorite chat tool.

Customer service we’re proud of

When it comes to using various tools, we’re always worried about customer service. Will they receive our feedback, and will they do their best to fix the problem?

With Vacation Tracker you do not have to think about it at all. We’re available whenever you need us to help you guide you through the process or simply to say “Hello”.

Oh, and did we mention that you can sign up today and try out Vacation Tracker for 14 days for free? Another reason we absolutely love Vacation Tracker, and you should too.
