Access Seniority Entitlements from the Automations tab
All Automations live in the Adminstrator Dashboard.
Administrators can manage, create and access all Automations (including Seniority Entitlements) in just a few clicks. You can also activate or deactivate them at any time.
Craft your Seniority-based leave policy to your liking
Enter important details such as the Users it applies to, the type of Leave Type awarded, whether pro-rata is on, and the Locations covered by your policy.
Administrators can also create and manage multiple Seniority Entitlement leave policies.
And boost employee morale in just a few clicks
The Seniority Entitlements Automation will then award additional leave in the milestone-based approach as set by the Administrator.
It will automatically be added to the selected users’ Leave Quota from the current fiscal year.
