Customize seniority entitlements to fit your team’s needs. You can name the policy and determine whether it applies to all employees or only to specific locations. In addition, select which leave types the policy applies to.

Set It and Forget It
Once you’ve set up the policy, the system takes over. Choose when you’d like to start applying seniority leave—either right away or from the employee’s start date—and enable prorating if necessary. You can easily define the number of days to be added at specific milestones, such as adding 2 days of leave after an employee completes 5 years with the company.
