Access the Visibility Manager from the Dashboard
Navigate to the Add-ons section in the left-hand menu to view all add-ons including Visibility Manager.
Administrators can manage, create and access the Visibility Manager in just a few clicks. You can also choose to activate or deactivate it at any time.

First, update your shared calendars and notifications to remove any non-essential users. Then, just toggle the Visibility Manager on or off to control the information users see from other departments.
And show only the most relevant leave data
Once the Visibility Manager is on, users will only see leave information that is related to their department.
Administrators will retain full visibility, while Approvers can see leave information for any department they oversee, even if they aren't members.
