Control TOIL Request Permissions
Vacation Tracker allows you to control who can request TOIL. Choose 'All Users' to let every employee submit their own TOIL requests. Alternatively, select 'Only Admins and Approvers' to centralize TOIL management, giving tighter control over its approval and recording, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
Set TOIL Expiration Rules
Manage TOIL days effectively by setting expiration dates. In Vacation Tracker, you can choose to enable an expiration date for TOIL days, prompting you to define expiry rules. If you don't enable it, TOIL days will remain available until used, giving your team flexibility in using their accrued time off.
