In Q3, we’ve rolled out two powerful add-ons, Visibility Manager and Probation Period. We’ve also upgraded our reporting tools and introduced an AI assistant to guide you through the setup and make the most of our robust functionalities.

Visibility Manager Add-On
We’re now offering you more control than ever over your team’s visibility with our latest feature. The Visibility Manager add-on provides admins with the flexibility to decide how many details users can see.
While transparency is important, sometimes too much information is counterproductive. That’s why we’ve added this function that lets admins only see the PTO of employees in their department.

Increased Confidentiality: Admins have more control over what employees can see, ensuring their organization is not at risk of sharing unauthorized leave data at large.
Refined User Experience: Users don’t need to sift through loads of unnecessary information. Instead, they’re only shown relevant data concerning their department.
The Visibility Manager add-on is available for only $0.50/user.
Probation Period
This new feature makes onboarding employees one step easier. Limit the amount of ineligible PTO requests that get submitted by activating the Probation Period add-on. This feature automatically prevents new hires from submitting leave requests during their first few months of employment. Admins can decide how long the period is based on their company policies and also decide which leave types they’d like to restrict.

That’s why we’ve made leave reports even more comprehensive. Our reports now include TOIL data, allowing admins to distinguish between PTO and TOIL (Time Off In Lieu). This ensures that managers have a clear overview of how time is being utilized within the team.
