At Vacation Tracker, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality services and maintaining customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the issuance of refunds for using our product.  

1. Refund Eligibility

Customers are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Refund Requests for Recent Charges: In cases where a customer has unintentionally maintained an active subscription and is subsequently charged, they may request a refund within seven (7) calendar days from the date of the charge. This policy is designed to accommodate instances where a subscription cancellation was overlooked. Refund requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for a refund.  

  • Payment Discrepancies: Refunds will be issued in cases of verified payment discrepancies, such as incorrect billing amounts, duplicate charges, or other payment processing errors.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Requests made after the seven (7) calendar day window from the date of the charge.

  • Failure to contact customer support through the designated chat or email channels within the specified timeframe.

  • Partial use or non-use of the service during the billing period.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, customers must:

  • Contact our customer support team via chat or email at hello@vacationtracker.io within seven (7) calendar days of the charge.

  • Provide the following information:

    • Full name and account email

    • Date of the charge

    • Description of the issue

4. Refund Processing

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days from the date the refund request is approved.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

5. Modifications to the Refund Policy

Vacation Tracker reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
