Lattice HRIS is sunsetting. Take your time off with you.

You could replace it with another HRIS. Or you could ask what your team actually used it for.

You're asking the right question.

What did your team actually use day to day, and what was just duplicating software you already pay for?

Document storage you probably have a Drive already
Employee records your payroll system keeps these
Onboarding an ATS and a checklist cover it
Compensation it's payroll data in a nicer shirt
Leave management the only reason most employees ever logged in

The whole migration, from start to finish.

Simple enough to do yourself, or alongside someone who's done this hundreds of times.

A typical first week. Exact timing depends on policy complexity and availability.

Depth an HR suite never had room for.

The time-off module in a suite handles the easy cases. This handles yours: accruals, carryover, TOIL, and the rules only your company has.

Monthly, semi-monthly, or annual. Prorated from start date.
Carryover with expiry
Unused days expire on the date you set, not never.

“I did not need a fully fledged HR management system, just a time off application, this was perfect for that purpose”

Keylor A. Director of Strategy, Oceans Code Experts

“Our company unsuccessfully tracked vacation five different ways before finding this. This worked. And it worked immediately.”

Austen C. CEO, Serverless Inc.

“Vacation Tracker helps us efficiently manage employee time-off requests without adding another complicated system to maintain.”

Asked by every team leaving an HRIS.

Can you import our balances and history from Lattice?

Yes. You export a CSV, and everything comes along: users, profiles, current balances, brought-forward days, and TOIL. So your carryover math is right from day one, not rebuilt from memory.

What does it cost?

That depends on the plan: $2 per user per month for Core, $4 for Complete. No per-module pricing, no implementation fee, no minimum term, and you can cancel anytime. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and if you need more time to decide, just ask. We'll extend it.

Do we need IT to roll it out?

No. Everyone signs in with the Slack, Microsoft, or Google account they already have. There's nothing to install and nothing to learn before the first request goes through.

Does it play nicely with payroll and everything else?

It does. You get payroll-ready reports and exports, an ADP Workforce Now integration, calendar sync, Zapier, MCP connectors for your AI tools, and an open API for anything custom.

Is it secure enough to hold employee data?

Yes. Vacation Tracker is SOC 2 Type II certified and fully GDPR compliant, with your data encrypted and regular security audits to keep it that way.

What happens after we go live?

You're not on your own. You'll have an account manager to contact, live chat, a helpdesk, tutorial videos, and regular office hours if you want to talk something through.

Can we try it with our real data before deciding?

Absolutely. Start a free trial, bring your own data, and set up your actual policies. It's much easier to decide when you're looking at your own team instead of a demo sandbox.

How do we know you won't sunset this too?

Fair question. Leave management isn't a module we might deprioritize someday. It's our entire product. And your data exports anytime, so you're never locked in.

Don't replace Lattice HRIS. Replace the part your team actually used.
