Your individual Energy Score, Weekly Energy Trend, Score breakdown, and Recharge Type are personal to you. They live on your My Energy level page and aren't shared with your manager or Admin by default. Team-level views exist for Admins and Approvers when their role has access, and those views are about patterns, not personal calls.
What's Personal to You
What an Admin or Approver Can See
There's a separate Team Energy page that an Admin or Approver can open when their role has access to it. The page is focused on team-wide patterns: how the group is trending, who has unused PTO that's about to expire, and so on. Whether this page is available to Approvers, or limited to Administrators only, is controlled by the Admin in Workspace Settings > Features & Permissions.
Common Questions
No. The Adjust Your Energy panel is between you and the Vacation Tracker product team. Your manager doesn't see whether you adjusted it or what you wrote.
It surfaces team-wide patterns: how the team is trending across the Energy Levels, who has time off coming up, and which Users have unused PTO that may be at risk. The focus is on planning, not on flagging individuals.
An Admin can hide the My Energy level feature from a role under Features & Permissions. If access is set to Administrators only or to Administrators & Approvers, Users in other roles won't see the page.
