No. Users, leave types, balances, history, and reports stay exactly as they are. Only the feature set available changes. Downgrading from Complete to Core just hides the Complete-only features.
No. The plan is set at the workspace level and applies to everyone. If part of your team needs Complete-only features, the whole workspace moves to Complete.
Core includes one Automation: Leave Request Notice Period. Complete includes all 7: Leave Request Notice Period, Probation Period, Blackout Period, Entitlement by Role, Seniority Entitlement, Maximum Users Away, and Leave Duration Limit.
