How Do I Access My Customer Portal (Billing Information) ?
If you would like to check your invoices, receipts or upcoming payments you can do so by going to the customer portal of our third-party billing system! To access the portal please use the following steps:
- Go to the online dashboard: https://app.vacationtracker.io/signin
- On the left-hand side menu, under Workspace Settings, click on Billing.
- If you have already entered your billing information and are a subscribed account, you will see a link to the "Customer Portal" at the bottom of the page under the Invoices section.
4. Click on the link and you will be taken to a new secured page where you can review and download your billing information.

| Please keep in mind, only an Admin is able to review and update billing information within Vacation Tracker.
||| Please note that if any changes need to be made to the billing information, they must be done 3 days prior to the start of the new billing cycle in order to be reflected on your invoices.
