Microsoft Teams: Billing with Vacation Tracker vs. Microsoft Transactables

||| This article is solely for Microsoft Teams integrations. If you purchased Vacation Tracker through our website, you will not need to follow these steps.

There are two ways to sign up and purchase Vacation Tracker: the first option is through our Vacation Tracker website; The second option is to purchase Vacation Tracker through Microsoft's App Source or the App Store (known as Microsoft Transactables).

You will have the absolute same access to all same options and features within Vacation Tracker no matter which billing option you choose! The main difference between these options is if you sign up through the Vacation Tracker website, you are able to manage your billing information and invoices directly within your Vacation Tracker account. If you sign up through Microsoft's App Source, your billing information and invoices will be managed through your Microsoft account, and will require Microsoft Admin access.

Please note that under the Microsoft Billing option, refunds will have to be requested through your Microsoft Admin Portal.

Here's how you can view your billing information for your Vacation Tracker account:

Vacation Tracker Billing

As an Admin, you can access and update your billing information directly on your Vacation Tracker dashboard using these steps:

1. Go to app.vacationtracker.io/signin
2. Select Workspace Settings on the left-hand side of the page
3. Click on Billing

Once on the Billing page, you will see your current subscription and plan type (Core or Complete)

To edit your Billing Information, you can do so directly clicking Edit. Afterwards, you can save the changes by clicking on "Update Billing Info". All updates will be visible on your next invoice.

Microsoft Transactables Billing

Under this billing option, all changes and updates will have to be made directly in the App Source page!

Please note that if you are not an Admin within your Office 365 account, you will not be able to access the App Source page to update this information.

1. Go to app.vacationtracker.io/connect
2. Select Workspace Settings
3. Click on Billing

Under the subscription and plan type details, you will see the number of licenses active for your account. You will also see an Edit option next to Billing Information and Payment Information, as well as an option to download your Invoices:

Selecting the Edit and Download options will redirect you to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center where you can update your information using the options on the left-hand side of the page:
