How Do I Export Employee Leave Balances?

If you are looking for the best overview of all of the remaining leave amounts for your users, use our leave balance report to export the information into a simple spreadsheet view!

Let’s begin!

1. Go to the Vacation Tracker Dashboard- https://app.vacationtracker.io/signin
    
2. On the left-hand side, select Reports and choose Leave Balance Report

3. Depending on the data you need, you can tailor your report with these options:

1. Show - Select a time period you want to see in the report2. Display - Choose if you want the report to be shown in Days or Hours3. Locations - Filter the report by specific locations4. Departments - Filter the report by specific departments5. Labels - Filter the report by the labels assigned to Users6. Users - If other filtering options aren't sufficient, you can select individual Users you want to see in the report7. Leave Types - Choose the leave types you want to see 8. User Status - Choose if you want to include inactive and deleted Users (only active Users are filtered by default here) 9. Clear Filters

4. You also have an option to choose which columns are applied to the report by clicking on Edit columns in the top right corner:

5. Once you are done, you can review the report below the filters or download it as a CSV or an Excel file by clicking on Download in the top right corner.
