What If a Coupon/Discount Code Doesn't Work?

Who doesn’t love coupons and discounts? We know we do!

So when an error occurs it can be kind of a letdown :(

Before contacting our wonderful client care, please make sure you checked all of the following:

  • Whether you have any spelling errors.
  • Whether the “Caps Lock” button was on. Coupon codes are case sensitive.
  • Whether the coupon code has expired, because if so you can no longer reactivate it.
  • Whether the coupon code you’ve received was used multiple times.
  • Whether the coupon code was issued by Vacation Tracker.
