Guide: How Do I Set Scheduled Reports?

Are you looking for a more efficient way to organize your reports? We like to make things simple for everyone using Vacation Tracker, and one of the perks that Admins can take advantage of is our Scheduled Reports feature 😊This feature allows you to have your reports generated for you automatically!

Admins are able to schedule reports for each existing export type as listed in the Reports section.

To schedule your reports, please use the following steps:

Log in to your Vacation Tracker account and go to Reports

Choose Scheduled Reports and select **New Report **

3. You will then be asked to configure the settings for the report you’d like to receive.

First, please enter the name of the report you'd like to be sent

You can then select the Report Type from the dropdown menu

Select the Location and **Department **

Depending on the Report Type, you will be asked to select the Reporting Period

Select the appropriate time zone

4. You can then configure the delivery preferences for when you’d like the report to be sent

Please select a time for the report to be sent

Enter the recipient’s email addresses

Our system will indicate when the next report will be sent :

5. Select the **Schedule Report **button, and you're all set! You can also choose the Send Now button to receive the report immediately!
