Leave Request Management 

Users have the option to Request Leaves, and Approvers have the option to Approve or Deny them. Also, you have the option to Edit your leave requests, as well as Cancel them if your plans have changed.

Auto Approval 

If you have a policy where your Leave Requests are Automatically Approved, we have you covered here as well. 

Daily and Weekly Notifications 

We know how important it is to keep track of your teams' leaves, that is why, with our Notifications, you can configure daily or weekly notifications and receive them in accordance with your configured settings. Notifications can be sent to a selected Channel or Email, depending on your integration.

Configuration (Location, Department, Leave Type) 

You can create and configure 1 Location, Department, and Leave Type, as well as have 1 Admin and Approver. However, there are no limits to the number of Users that you can have. 

Dashboard 

Every Scheduled or Pending Leave (Only Available to an Approver & Admin), and Holiday within your reach and one place.  

Team Availability Overview 

Keeping track of who is available or away has never been easier. Whether you prefer to see that through the Dashboard or Wallchart section, you can always browse through to check out your team.  

Leave Request Status Update 

If a leave was Approved, Denied, Cancel, Expired, or even Edited, you can keep track of everything, including time stamps for historical leaves, where you can see when a leave was requested, who approved it, and what changes were made for the initial request.  

Calendar Connection 

If you want to track leaves on your Personal Calendar (Google or Outlook), you have the option to connect them. 

You can also connect to a new Calendar using the iCal option.

Reports 

Do you need to export information on your Users’ leave balance or their leave history? You have the option to export a Leave Balance as well as a Leave Request Report.
