How Can I Update Users' Current Leave Quotas?

Have your employees already used some of their paid time off before you started with Vacation Tracker? No problem, we are happy to say that users can start with the amount of vacation days that they currently have!

Vacation Tracker Admins are able to update the users’ current leave quotas to reflect the days that the users are currently entitled to. Please use the following steps:

  1. Go to app.vacationtracker.io/signin
  2. Log in using your integration credentials

  1. Select the profile page of the user you’d like to update
  2. Scroll down the page to the Leave Quotas section and select the Leave Type you'd like to update

  1. Click on Change
  2. Enter the number of days that the user is currently entitled to by updating the New Leave Quota field

You can also apply this quota for future years by selecting Yes

  1. Click on **Update **for the changes to be saved
