Does Vacation Tracker have MFA (multi-factor authentication)?

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is a multi-step account login process that requires users to enter more information than just a password when logging into their account. For example, along with the password, users would be asked to enter a code sent to the MFA application of their choice.

|| Please note: within Vacation Tracker you can set MFA for the Email Only integration. Our other integrations (Slack/Teams/Google Workspace) do not require MFA because we use the SSO (single sign-on) option to connect to these platforms.

Admins are not able to turn on the MFA option for the users; each user must turn on the option themselves on the online dashboard under their Account Settings section.

|| Please note: users must have an MFA application that they will connect with Vacation Tracker. Some examples of an MFA application are: Bitwarden; Microsoft Authenticator; Google Authenticator; Authy; etc.
