How do I Check Leave History and Upcoming Leaves for Individual Users?
As an Admin within Vacation Tracker you have the power, to access users' profile pages :) and check their history and upcoming leaves! To review a user's history and upcoming leaves, please use the following steps:
Go to the Vacation Tracker Dashboard - https://app.vacationtracker.io/signin
On your left-hand side click on Users
- You can search for the user's name in the Search field. You can also filter the users by Department or Location:
- Click on the user whose information you wish to view and their profile page will open up. Once on their profile you can see their:
- Leave Quotas - where you can see their remaining days
- To check scheduled, pending or upcoming leaves, you would click on the Leaves tab below the profile picture
- Scheduled leaves
- History
| If you'd like to review any changes that have been made to a user's profile, you can view this in the Logs tab. More information on how to do this can be found here: How Can I View User Profile Logs?
